Your privacy is fundamental to our architecture. Files processed on our secure edge servers are automatically and permanently deleted within 1 hour. In-browser tools never upload your files to any server. In-browser client tools never transmit your files to any server. We do not inspect, retain, or train AI models on user files.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process, transmit, or distribute illegal, infringing, or malicious content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload our server infrastructure.
• Use automated scrapers or bots in a manner that exceeds reasonable human usage rates.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for 100% precision in conversions and processing, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OnlineToolsZone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
